Xmas Fiesta

We are back in Blackpool the home of ballroom this December for the Afro Cuban Pati’s Xmas Fiesta, a weekender celebrating Afro-Latin dance, music and culture. The event takes place at Queens Hotel Blackpool perfectly placed on the sea front between Central and South Piers, a short walk from the Pleasure Beach and the spectacular Sandcastle.

Everyone is welcomed at our weekenders. Established Cuban Salseros, beginners, cross body dancers looking add a sprinkle of Cuban style, and all dancers who want to improve or polish their dance techniques in a relaxed and friendly environment.

During the day, our professional instructors will teach workshops for all levels from beginner to advanced Cuban Salsa, Rueda, Son, Cha Cha Cha, Orishas, Rumba, Men / Ladies Styling and Bachata. Also on the menu are fantastic percussion workshops covering the basics of Afro Cuban and popular rhythms. 

Enjoy three nights of social dancing, first class performances from some of the best Cuban dance professionals around, fun animations, the latest in Cuban music played by our resident DJ's
